My ongoing Fight for Justice continues, while senior Naval Officers avoid prosecution for their involvement in the "Fat Leonard" fraud scandal.

It pains me to write this blog, as much as it pains me to see our citizen’s health care benefits decreased, our elderly benefits decreased, our children’s public education benefits decreased, while trillions of hard earned tax dollars are allocated towards our military industrial complex without proper internal checks and balances, to keep our senior military officials honest!!

I’ve pretty much beat a dead horse as a military whistleblower and it appears that my fight for justice will be a lone victory, to be celebrated in the next life, and I will most likely go down in history as the woman who stood her ground, in spite of the deck being stacked against me!

As I reflect back to July 18, 2008, while incarcerated at the Mira Brig, the Navy Inspector General released the findings of a severely tainted Equal Opportunity, Retaliation and Fraud investigation; thus citing that my former bosses had in fact committed fraud against the government.

Go figure!!

Yet my only crime was that I did not remain silent about their criminal activity.

Mind you, when I swore my oath of office, upon graduation from Officer’s Candidate School, I swore to uphold and defend the Constitution, against all enemies, both foreign and domestic!!

As a Staff Corps Supply Officer, I had a fiduciary responsibility to our government as well as to our tax paying citizens; and some may argue, in light of the rampant fraud within the Navy—spanning over the course of 20 plus years, that my former bosses and others who'd defrauded the government could be viewed as the enemy.

As the Pentagon’s legal reviewing officials continue to ponder over their final argument on my case, while the Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) stalls their decision, I offer one final word of advice, “To uphold an injustice makes you just as guilty as those who committed the injustice.”

As an obviously strong woman of moral conviction, I pray that our next generation of military officers uphold their oath of office to defend the Constitution and not fall in rank and file to uphold the illegal actions and morally corrupted motives of your greedy commanders who would rather defraud the government than preserve the moral fabric our Great Constitution!!
