New York Daily News reports, "Trump holds ownership share in Dakota Access Pipeline builder, filings show..."

WASHINGTON — President-elect Donald Trump holds stock in the company building the disputed Dakota Access oil pipeline, and pipeline opponents warn that Trump's investments could affect any decision he makes on the $3.8 billion project as President.

Trump's 2016 federal disclosure forms show he owned between $15,000 and $50,000 in stock in Texas-based Energy Transfer Partners. That's down from between $500,000 and $1 million a year earlier.

Trump also owns between $100,000 and $250,000 in Phillips 66, which has a one-quarter share of Dakota Access.

While Trump's stake in the pipeline company is modest compared with his other assets, ethics experts say it's among dozens of potential conflicts that could be mitigated by placing his investments in a blind trust, a step Trump has resisted.

Food for thought...
As a former military budget officer, I swore an oath to defend and uphold our constitution, both abroad and domestic. I took a huge risk going public to reveal how senior military advisors rigged defense contracts, so they can live the life of luxury, while "triple - dipping" their greedy hands into the government's war-chest!! Within their retirement window, huge business opportunities are presented to them from consultants and headhunters, seeking to link themselves into the military's industrialized complex.  It's just that's easy!!

Once you are promoted to a certain rank, it's no longer "what you know, it's who you know," which was told to me on the day of my Lt. Commander promotion ceremony. I was taken aside by a senior commander, who was working amongst a network of other senior officers that had been passed-over several times, and were awaiting retirement while assigned to a remote command in Imperial Beach, San Diego.  At the time, the Pentagon was dumping a lot of money into the Navy's Expeditionary Warfare Community and for years, senior reserve commanders and their active duty counterparts had created a scheme of revolving door practices, to re-hire themselves and their bodies, to provide "expert" consultant services, along with providing other logistic support services, as well as "reselling" C4i military gear, body armor, radar equipment and other "outdated" controlled equipment!!  I discuss their fraudulent actions in the later chapter of my memoir, "Broken Silence, a Military Whistleblower's Fight for Justice."

Talk about THEIVES!!! Trump is simply a greedy businessman who could care less what the world thinks of his corrupted business practices.... but he is about to inherit the throne of an already corrupted fiefdom.

Americans put their faith into our defense department, and I'ved starred Evil in the Face when I would look into the dark souls of my former military co-workers !!

With each generation, the military breeds corporate greed which is what President Eisenhower warned us about!!

Since my unfortunate retirement, I've had a chance to witness the steady decline of our country's value system and how greed and corruption have set the new "immoral" standard of living.

Meanwhile, look at how our law enforcement officers are committing the same atrocities against Native Americans, including Black Native Americans, while they carry out the misdeeds of greedy billionaires and their investment buddies!! Much like our military officers, to get a seat at the table and a larger piece of the American pie!

While peaceful protesters' human rights are being violated by local law enforcement, President Obama has failed to properly address this issue, which sends a clear message that our politicians' financial interest is more important than preserving humanity!!!
