Just as I thought, the Navy continues to use selective prosecution. CDR Wylie, who was married and admitted to having sexual intercourse, in his case it was considered rape, was not found guilty of adultery.
I guess my conviction didn’t set a legal precedent.
Oopps, I forget you have to be “Single” and a whistle blower to be charged with Adultery, at least in the Navy.
